History: Tsubine ja Britannia was the former Fourth Prince and the current Emperor. Born almost 10 years before Lelouch, Tsubine taught his little brother how to go along in life. When Marriane was killed, he tried to comfort Lelouch, only to fail. Lelouch actually looked up to this brother. In his spare time, Tsubine trained in chess matches with Schneizel, and later Knightmare combat with Cornellia. He never was able to use his piloting skills on the outside world. That was until, when he claimed the Throne after Charles disappeared, and was later found dead. Zero had killed him on top of some kind of floating platform. He took the throne because the other royal family members said he was the best candidate.
Personality: Suave. The one word that describes Tsubine. His words flow with his body language. He knows when to say something and how to say it. He has a knack for being a party animal, but he doesn't go to wild parties, but his are galas, along the more sophisticated track of society. He does have a tenancy to get hot headed when he's stressed. He can be popular with the ladies when he wants to be. And even then, he just wants attention. However, his tenancy to be this charismatic has also lead him to have a cold tone.

His motto, along with the new motto of Britannia is "Nella conquista, la penna è più potentemente di la spada. Nella politica, la spada è più potentemente di la penna." It means: "In conquest, the pen is mightier than the sword. In politics, the sword is mightier than the pen.".

Geass: Tsubine can speed up his reflexes by slowing down the time around him. It has a limited time of three minutes. His geass is in overrun in both eyes.
